What to do?
Solution 1: Verify your account subscriptions
Access the Promob Portal, and manage your subscriptions in the Subscriptions- Manage subscriptions menu. Verify that the account has a subscription with active status, that is, that the subscription is renewed. If your account has only expired or canceled subscriptions, we suggest renewing your subscriptions.
Solution 2: Verify that the user is linked to the correct account on the portal
The same user can be linked to more than one account on the portal, make sure your user is linked to the account where your active subscriptions are. In the Promob Portal, manage the users of your account.
Solution 3: Verify that you are using a licensed copy of Promob.
We suggest that regularise his subscriptions, actuate the Promob again and make login in the services again.
