The Conference functionality was implemented on the Negotiations screen, whose main objective is to update an environment in which the negotiation is won, demonstrating the items that had their values or quantities changed.
Access
1. Log in to the system.
2. Access Permissions and Profiles in the Settings - Team menu.
3. Enter the name of the logged-in user on the Users tab and select.
4. If the conference is disabled, search for Conference in the menu and activate it.
5. In the expanded view of the Conference screen, you can view more detailed information about space modifications.
6. When clicking on the project, details of the space item and each modification made appear.
7. On the Permissions and Profiles screen, it is possible to manage the visibility of this resource. To access this functionality, the type of company must not be Free (Free), so the system presents the option in Sales - Negotiations - Content - Conference.
To recalculate the deal
1. Create a trade from Promob.
IMPORTANT: To recalculate the negotiation, it must be won.
2. You can view the changes on the Conference card.
