Whats happen?
There is a repetition of Design Codes for items in different projects, when they do not have ERP (Bank Builder).
Why does it happen?
This is a system behavior.
In each project, when a part is inserted into the environment it receives a code (ID), which will originate the code that will be generated when sending it to the Builder Plugins (Cutting Plan and CNC).
Since there is no database that compares all the information from different parts, which at some point in time were generated in other projects, it is possible that this will happen.
What to do?
1. Separate files by project
Since this is a system behavior, in this case the guidance is to keep the files separated in the folders/locations for each project generated.
2. Use an ERP system
To prevent this from happening, it would be necessary to use an ERP system, where a database is created that compares all the information from all the parts already generated (color, size, thickness, position of holes, tears, machining, etc.), and generates a unique code for each different part.
