What happens?
When printing a design from the print page, only the viewport is left blank on the printed page (PDF or physical printer).
Why does it happen?
The situation may occur because:
1. The video card driver is out of date;
2. The video card does not meet the requirements;
3. Antivirus 360 is blocking Promob dlls associated with printing;
4. The printer is having problems.
What to do?
Solution 1: update the video card driver
1. Update the video card driver.
Solution 2: check for antivirus
1. Check if the installed antivirus is 360 Antivirus. If so, uninstall the antivirus, restart the computer and test again. If the situation is resolved, we suggest that you install a different antivirus because 360 blocks Promob dlls, preventing printing, or request the support of a computer technician to configure the antivirus filters.
2. If the situation persists, reinstall the antivirus and go to solution 3.
Solution 3: test printing
1. Take the test by trying to print on both a physical printer and a PDF printer. If in any of the cases, the situation is resolved and solution 1 has already been executed, proceed to solution 3. If printing runs normally in one of the options, ask for the assistance of a computer technician to check the situation.
Solution 4: check requirements
1. Request the assistance of a computer technician to check if your computer meets the Promob requirements.
