How to perform facility maintenance
In an installation, the actions available on the Actions button, under Installation details, can be performed. The Check-in and Check-out actions can only be added if an appointment linked to the installation has been previously added to the Schedule button.
The Finalize actions are reported to the company and after their execution, they can no longer be undone.
When selecting an action, it is still possible to add an image to it, selecting from the gallery of your smartphone or directly accessing the camera.
The installation occurrences generate automatic messages in the chat, as well as the finalization, mentioned above. As these messages go to chat, through this feature the company is able to follow the progress of the installation. The images linked to these actions are also sent in the chat.
To finish an installation click the Actions button and then click Finish. Answer a questionnaire at the end regarding a check of the installation.
After answering the questionnaire, it is possible to attach images of the finalization, which will be sent to the chat, along with a standard message signaling the action. The finalization images are automatically attached to the finalization questionnaire, sent by e-mail later.
Afterwards, it is necessary to request a digital signature from the customer on his cell phone, followed by an evaluation, that is, a note that the customer will inform about the service provided. After this evaluation just click Finish.
In the application there are some ways to access chat screens related to installations assigned to the user using the application:

1. The simplest one is by selecting the chat icon in the upper right corner of the home screen (Dashboard):

Another way to access the chat from the application is through the My Installations screen, to do this:
1. Select an installation and go to the Chat tab.
Here chat works very similar to how it works when accessed the other ways, but the gallery is in a different place, it is available in the Attachments section of the Details tab of the selected installation.
The installation events generate automatic messages in the chat (check-in, check-out, finalization, etc.). As these messages go to the chat, through this feature the Company can track the progress of the installation and the images linked to these actions are also sent in the chat.
IMPORTANT: After sending the images through the chat, the images cannot be removed from the chat. As well as the Chat can only be viewed by the Company and/or responsible party, which has been linked to the installation within 2020Manager.
In 2020 Manager, the chat also supports imaging. And all messages exchanged between the app and the system are synchronized.
To access the chat, click the Chat button at the top of the page:
Through the Attachment icon, the user can also attach images and .pdf, .doc and .docx files to the chat, these images and files will be delivered to the respective installers of the installation in the App.
By clicking on the Images icon in the upper right corner of the chat, a window is opened where images and files sent in the chat can be viewed.
