When selecting an installation, in the installation information screen, it will enable a Chat tab in the upper right corner.
There you can contact the Company instantly. Just as the company can contact you asking for information regarding the installation's progress.
In addition to sending messages, chat allows sending images, selecting images from the gallery, or directly accessing the camera.
The occurrences of the installation generate automatic messages in the chat, check-in, check-out, finalization, etc. As these messages go to the chat, through this resource the company is able to follow the installation progress and the images linked to these actions are also sent in the chat.
IMPORTANT: After sending images via chat, images cannot be removed from the conversation. Just as the Chat can be viewed only by the Company and/or responsible person who was linked to the installation within 2020Manager.
In 2020 Manager, chat also supports image. And all messages exchanged between the App and the system are synchronized.
Through the attachment icon, the user can also attach images to the chat and they will be delivered to the respective installers of the installation on the App.
Clicking on the gear icon in the upper right corner of the chat will show the chat images on the right side.
