Settings
General
Name: define the name for the machine.
IMPORTANT: the name defined in this field also changes the name of the folder where the generated files will be saved.
Length X (mm): length of the machine.
Width Y (mm): width of the machine.
Maximum thickness Z (mm): maximum thickness (Z) supported by the machine.
Minimum thickness Z (mm): minimum thickness (Z) supported by the machine.
.inf File
Detail operations in all programs: detail operations not performed in the .inf file in all programs.
Generate .inf file of parts without operation: generate .inf file of parts without operation.
File
Default items in the export to be executed, it is not necessary to add more items, because the reading is done only of the pre-registered items.
Label
Label size configuration, millimeters or pixels can be used.
IMPORTANT: The maximum measurement of the label must be respected, the items that compose it are not configurable, as well as its model.
Drills
Code: tool code.
Name: tool name.
Diameter: tool diameter.
Tool height: sets the height of the tool.
Step depth (mm): depth of tool step.
Mills
Drill offset and through machining: measure in mm that the cutter compensates in a through operation.
Crossover: crossover between tool passes to avoid excess material.
Contour Machining
Cutting direction for contour machining: defines whether the contour machining must be done clockwise or counterclockwise.
Contour machining start: defines where the contour machining starts, at one of the corners or in the middle of one of the edges of the part. This option is only applicable to external contour tool paths.
Internal Machining
Cutting direction for internal machining: defines whether internal machining must be done clockwise or counterclockwise.
Entrance
Entrance elongation (mm): entry elongation before starting contour cutting, equivalent to the red line in the image.
Type of input in linear machining: defines the type of input that the tool uses when machining and contouring in linear shapes. Options Ramp, Vertical.
Entrance/Output
Distance between entry and exit (mm): distance at which the tool exits and enters the part. It is advised that this value be greater than zero so that the cut does not leave any fragments (burrs).
Conical Mills
Properties
Diameter (mm): diameter of the tool.
Name: tool name.
Height (mm): height of the tool.
Cutting angle: cutting angle of the tool.
Code: tool code.
Machining compensation: compensation for drilling and through machining.
Depth of the pass horizontally (mm): depth of the tool passes.
Machining
Cutting direction for contour machining: defines whether the contour machining must be done clockwise or counterclockwise.
Cutting direction for internal machining: defines whether internal machining must be done clockwise or counterclockwise.
Start of the internal contour machining: defines where the internal contour machining starts, at one of the corners or in the middle of one of the machining edges.
Setups
General
Name: machine setup name.
Align by face: defines whether the alignment face registered in each part is considered when generating the programs. If yes, this face will be aligned according to the selected configuration.
Make holes: the machine is enabled to drill holes.
Make slots: the machine is enabled to make rips.
Machining: the machine is enabled to perform machining.
Consider the direction of the vein: consider the direction of the vein when generating the Nesting programs.
Nesting: Generate programs for Nesting.
Machining processes: How the machine processes machining.
Initial position Z in G0 above the part: initial position of the tool in Z above the part.
Initial position of safety Z above the part: initial position of the tool in safety Z above the part.
Overcut
Add edge overcut: consider the edge overcut value registered in the part.
Add plate overcut: consider the plate overcut value registered in the part.
